雨漏れ改修工事　２

前回の続きです。 梁の補強工事に続いてバルコニー床の解体を行いました。 傷んでいるとはいえ、結構解体するのは大変です。 細かく床を切断し、剥がして行きます。 P1160560 ノミを使って丁寧に傷んでいる部分を壊します。 P1160564 今回は手摺も傷んでいたので、床と共に壁も剥がして下地から作り替えです。 P1160562 P1160566 どうせ作り替えるならと、水が流れ易いように排水溝を新たに作ることにしました。 P1160573 P1160574 ここまでで今日は終了です。続きはまた明日！！
