金物にウレタン

近代ホーム　石渡です。

木工事が進むと断熱工事へ入ります。

外部から梁などへ繋げる補強金物をそのままにしておくと

結露が起こります。

結露が起こらないように断熱処理をします。

港南台の工務店は近代ホームへ

断熱材を補強金物にウレタン吹付をする事で結露が防げます。

見えなくなってしまう部分を大事にしたいと思いました。
